London Bound for a Top Notch Competition!

Hello Friends and Family!

Well, now I'm headed to London for the Grand Prix! I am very excited. I have been feeling quite well and I'm ready to put my body to the test against some great competitors.

Anyone who knows me knows I like to compete! All the time. I appreciate my competitors because without them, who am I?

Some of you may remember last year at this meet I did my infamous 4 - event challenge! I loved it! Despite running the hurdles twice and a false start (not on my behalf). My 200m PR, which was nothing to call home about. And who can forget my seasons best in the shot put! Ok, so it wasn't the best. One thing I do remember about that day though is that I had fun. In the mix of this sport and competition, and stress, money, etc. I cannot forget that I love this sport and that it is fun.

I can't wait to bring it and fly!!
